Job Description :-
Submit Incident Reports with CAPA as per approved Format on
1. RCU Investigated Fraud / Suspected Fraud Cases referred by Business, Credit and Collections for
investigation
2. RCU Investigated Fraud / Suspected Fraud cases self-initiated

Screening of 100% cases of NCR: Documents / Profiles - Through Self / Agency - As per TAT / As per approved
policy
Sampling: Mandatory / Trigger Based / referred by other departments / Screening based - Through Agency /
Self - As per TAT / As per approved policy
Employee RCU through Agency and self as per policy / as per TAT agreed (3 working days)
Mandatory 25 Visits every month on following
 Fresh borrower cases either trigger based or conduct 2 nd RCU within Home Location instead of getting
it done from agency.
 Suspected Fraud Cases
 Repeat bounce Cases
 Hind-sighting visit on cases disbursed > 3 months old within the geographic area based on triggers eg
High Loan Amount, High Tenor, Repeat Bounce, First Bounce, High EMI, RCO cases, any referred case
by other departments
